Hi
Thanks for posting your query at healthcaremagic.

Re Shyamala's report

You have iron deficiency. Though hemoglobin is normal. But other tests strongly suggest deficiency. You should take iron supplements for atleast 3 months.

Regarding thyroid profile, your TSH is raised. Check your TSH regularly and again after 3 months. You may be having subclinical hypothyroidism.

Also two important sensitive parameters (HS-CRP and LPA) which serve as indices for heart health are increased. I would suggest that you initiate immediate life style modifications like daily walking and mild exercises for lifetime and re-check them after a period of 6 months. If they still are the same, you should consider seeing a cardiologist.

Vit D levels are low and supplements are needed for it.

Re Madhumati's report

You have high blood sugar levels and tight control is needed to avoid diabetes related complications. See your doctor urgently for prescription of antidiabetic agents.

Complete blood count suggests some bacterial infection. It may or may not need treatment depending on symptoms present.

Vit D levels are low and you need supplements.

Otherwise the reports are normal or borderline and do not need treatment.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Need supplements as described

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Re Shyamala's report

You can try any good brand like dexorange syrup or tablet 1 tbsp daily for 3 months.
Subclinical thyroid you cannot do much except take healthy hygienic food, high iodine content in salt and keep a track of the levels in future. Homeopathy may not help.
re hs-CRP and LPA, no supplements, just lifestyle precautions are needed.

Re: Madhumati's report

For glucose you have to cut out sugar completely from her diet. Even natural sugars in foods like rice, potatoes, fruits is to be omitted completely. Medicines needed under supervision of a doctor. Daily exercise will help a lot. Buy a glucometer to check sugar levels at home. Once the sugar levels are in control, infection will reduce or disappear. Repeat tests in 3 months.
Kidney and heart profile are normal.

Both need vit D supplements in the dose of atleast 20000IU per week.
