there are some typical signs

Detailed Answer:
Usually gallbladder stones manifest with so called biliary colics. this is colicky pain in upper right part of abdomen just under the rib cage. It may be more or less constant and usually triggered by fatty food but there is no rule,it may occur not related to meal. Pain is usually associated with nausea and vomiting.
In case of inflammation of gallbladder, pain is worsening and fever may occur.
If gallblader stones are suspected, patient should do ultrasound.
