Question: What kind of mites is the ones that bites its way out the skin and is white with two horn looking things when I pull one out another is right behind it please help

This is a burrowing mite or scabies

Hello , Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic .
By your description and the photograph of your lesion it looks like you are infested by a burrowing mite or sarcoptes scabies.
First and foremost please screen all the close contacts in your house for similar lesions.
Antihistamine can be taken for symptomatic relief.
All the clothing including the linens in the house has to be washed with warm water.
Permethrin solution or malathion lotion is the treatment of choice .
