Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by anxiety. Nausea, heart pounding are typical symptoms of such problem. It is also possible that acid reflux disease or peptic ulcer (stomach pain should be present) can trigger nausea and all other symptoms.
I suggest you to modify your diet first. Please avoid any coffee, caffeinated drinks (coke), fatty foods, spicy foods. Start Magnesium 400 mg once a day supplementation. Start some physical activity (like bike riding).
If this wont give any relief, please consult gastrologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Nausea can be caused by many factors. It is hard to determine if it is a symptom which causes anxiety, or if it is caused by anxiety. Nervous system can cause nausea in the same way as peptic ulcer or acid reflux does. In both cases, nausea can be present for long periods.
So please try to follow mentioned steps and if it wont help consult gastrologist.

Detailed Answer:
Anxiety and nausea can be triggered by caffeine and Magnesium deficiency. That is why I have asked you to avoid coffee and caffeinated drinks in first row and start Magnesium supplementation. In XXXXXXX cases this is enough to help with nervousness.
