Brief Answer:
No need for any HIV test

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question.
I am Dr Matin, and will be answering your question.
HIV can't be diagnosed on the basis of symptoms ( ulcers/ankle & knee pain /red dots over chest & shoulder)
Your test @115 days of exposure is negative well beyond the maximum window period of HIV and is conclusive ,so no more test for HIV is required.
These appear to be aphthus ulcers in your mouth and can settle with Triamcinolone
oral paint along with metronidazole and B-complex tablets.
Your wife's headache has nothing to with HIV as you have tested negative for HIV.
I understand you need a a work up with an internal medicine specialist for your problems. Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Mouth ulcers may be due to many other causes

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response. You are mistaken , had I suspected any HIV or STD, I could have refereed you to a skin/VD specialist instead of an internist.
We have already talked in detail about your negative HIV status.
There might be infections which can cause mouth ulcers. Herpes simplex often causes mouth ulcers in children and some adults. Other less common viral and bacterial infections may cause mouth ulcers, . Mouth ulcers can be caused by anemia and occasionally by other blood disorders, and some skin or gastrointestinal diseases. Sometimes the mouth ulcers are the only sign of an underlying disease. These all fall under the jurisdiction of an internal medicine expert .Hope this is useful.

Brief Answer:
No, these ulcers are not related to any STD

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response.

No, these ulcers are not related to any STD.

Please don't be repetitive. I had written at-least twice regarding STD part. I don't find any STD in you.

I understand this forum is for giving probable diagnosis and it is difficult to make diagnosis just upon description of symptoms and few photographs .There is no substitute for physical examination and that's why I want you to see an internist.

Hope I have made everything clear and I finally conclude over here. I request you to please close this discussion.

Thank you!
