Brief Answer:
HIV not possible. no worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

HIV is the last thing on earth possible in your case. you have done three to four tests in different time frames and all of them negative rule out the odds for HIV to almost zero.

Plus no body gets the symptoms of AIDS HIV in 21 days. these symptoms needs a clinical correlation for sorting out other possibilities.

Get to an infectious disease specialist and dont forget to close the discussion please.

May the odds be ever in your favour

Brief Answer:
Not HIV

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

All your symptoms are classic for an otorhinolaryngological etiology and has no remote connections with HIV. Tonsillar, appetite loss, flu like symptoms , earaches and other symptoms are all very classic for infection. Viral is most likely. As antibiotics has not been responded to.

Accutane is isotretinoin and is not connected with the current symptoms.

Get a detailed ear nose and throat examination by an otorhinolaryngologist and let them sort it out for you. Anatomical troubles like deviates septa etc need to be ruled out for these recurrent sinus infections.

Night sweats and weight loss of 10 pounds need a little assessment. A complete blood picture would be a good start.

Nut shell, its not HIV. Its a simple infection and need an otorhinolaryngologist for assessment and sorting out the cause.

I hope it helps. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Virlal does not long that much

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

Viral infections usually do not last this long and they self resolve. Its myriad of bacterial and viral infection. Chronicity may indicate resistance or inadequate dosage or repetitive stimulus and trigger of infection, all questions need answer and that answer needs some labs and clinical correlation.

I hope it helps.
