Question : I smell smoke all the time lately and there isn't any. No one else smells it and it's getting stronger. What could this mean?
Answer : This could mean Olfactory Hallucinations due to Temporal Lobe Epilepsy.

You need to undergo Clinical Examination, Fundus Examination and Radiological Examination

Please contact a Neurosurgeon at the earliest

If the Neurosurgical Workup does not reveal a problem, you will have to consult an ENT Surgeon to rule out Problems in Nose
