Brief Answer:
Inflammatory bowel disease is a possible cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms
1) Chronic watery bowel movement suggest possibility of either inflammatory bowel disease (Ulcerative colitis or Crhon's disease). This is a condition which generally starts from large intestine and progress towards the small intestine. There would be inflammation (redness and swelling) of involved part of intestine.
2) Other possibility is having non-specific / specific bacterial infection of intestine.
3) To confirm the diagnosis your would require routine blood test, stool routine examination, stool culture examination and colonoscopy.
4) You can take anti-motility medication (Loperamide) to reduce the frequency of stool and probiotics which reduce the symptoms partially. But appropriate treatment can be initiated once the diagnosis is confirmed with above mentioned tests.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
