Brief Answer:
About corticosteroids and thyroid hormone;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The TSH level you reported is within the normal ranges, but if you have signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism you need to check Ft4 and Ft3 level also.
Long term treatment with prednisone can decrease the serum T3 concentration and increase rT3, while the serum TSH concentration reduces slightly.
So, while on corticosteroids treatmnet and having signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism, an endocrinologist would be needed to follow up possible side effects if treatment.
Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
