What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Alpha Thalassemia In A Diabetic?

Question: My red blood cells (MCV) size has been progressively reducing from 81 to 77 over last 6 months. My iron is fine, I may have alpha thalassaemia. What to do n How long do I have? Thanks. Male. 34. Diabetic, Overweight.

Thanks. My haemoglobin is normal. It is 144. My MCH is slightly low though. All other parameters are normal.

Thanks so much. I also noticed that when I take more cyproterone acetate and depo provera (150ml weekly) to reduce hypersexuality, my haemoglobin goes down to 133. Am I thinking correctly? Pls advise. Thanks.
