Question: I am XXXXXXX male, 35,height 5'8' weight 82 kg.
I workout 5 times a week.
So my question is that the soy chunks (nutrela or other similar barnd) which claim to be high in protein is good for consumption.

Though I hear about the negative side effects of soy that it cause harmonal imbalance.
Is it true?
Is it safe to have it?
Or what is ideal amount is good per week?

Yes soya chunks are high in protein. It is also rich in estrogen(hormone). Hence excess in amount can lead to hormonal disturbance. But consumption in minimal amount with adequate exercises will give lot of benefits than side effects.

Required Dietary Allowance (RDA) for males is around 8 to 11 g/day.

So don't worry, as long as you don't over use it, its not harmful.
