Thanks for posting your query. Oxylite pro contains many herbal ingredients and a high dose of caffeine. High levels of caffeine can cause many side effects that include restlessness, nervousness, excitement, insomnia, flushing of the face, irregular and fast heart beat and irritability.

These side effects will continue till oxylite pro is flushed out of the system via urine. For this first of all drink plenty of water so that it is excreted from the body fast. Secondly, avoid redbull, energy drinks, and further caffeine like soda throughout the day.

If the heart racing persists or worsens then you may need beta blocker drugs like propranalol or atenolol. These are available only under prescription from a medical practitioner.
