Thanks for posting your query.
Like any other medicinal product Herbalife too has its sideffects which may vary from person to person , some may not have it while some may have severe reaction.
Ephedra, a main ingredient in Herbalife, has been known to cause psychosis, tremors, kidney stones, high blood pressure, sweats, rapid heartbeat, and damage to the heart and other organs. It has been linked to strokes, seizures , liver disorders like hepatitis and liver failure etc.
So kindly consult your physician before using any good health.

can herbalife products induce semen count & motility?
Answered by Dr. Hema Yadav 7 hours later
Thanks for the follow up.
Low sperm count and motility could be due to various health issues as minor as tight clothing to stress to major hormonal or infertility issues.
So for each individual the treatment varies and so does the effect of multivitamin and herbal products .
There are many herbal supplements on the market that claim to increase sperm production and improve semen quality. The purported health benefits of many herbs have not been substantiated by actual research. However, some herbs have been put to the test in laboratory settings, and have demonstrated their ability to enhance sperm quality and production. The herbs are: Tongkat XXXXXXX (a.k.a. "Longjack" or Eurycoma longifolia), Mucuna pruriens, Ginseng, and Maca.So many herbal fertility enhancing products like Herbalife do include one of these however their effectiveness cannot be generalized . It may be totally ineffective in some while good for others .
So I would advise you must consult your physician or XXXXXXX before taking any supplements. There is a risk of sideeffects with self medication and a trial and error approach . This can be avoided by thorough evaluation and treatment under the care of a specialist ( XXXXXXX ) or your doctor .
Hope I have answered your query.
