Question: I had a chemical heart stress test. Are there any side effects afterward? Did all the medication go out of my body?

Chemical heart test if means testing ECHO or Treadmill Test by using medicines like Isoprenaline and Dobutamine you don't need to worry.
The risk is only during the test. Afterwards the drugs excretes out from the body very soon. Probably has been cleared off by now.
