Brief Answer:
Start GTN ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
Since when do you have the fissure? Do you have pain or bleeding?
The orange fluid could be a drop or two of blood which is normal in a case of Fissure in ano.
You dont need to worry about it.
I usually advice my patients GTN ointment to be applied locally twice daily at the anal verge. This should be continued for two weeks. If the symptoms do not reduce with this then I re examine the patient and if the Fissure becomes chronic I usually advice surgery in the form of Lateral Sphincterotomy. But mostly patients get relieved with the ointment and measures to reduce constipation and warm water sitz baths for the pain.
Do let us know what is your primary symptom and we would be able to help you better.
Take care.

Thanks . I would say that i had a small tear as opposed to a fissure .i just wondered if the uniroid suppository could have caused a tiny amount of orange fluid?

Brief Answer:
Yes, it is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
It is possible that the suppository can lead to orange fluid.
But there is no need to worry about it.
Uniroid suppository might not completely cure your problem and that is why I had suggested the other measures to get rid of your problem.
Take care,
