1. Since the said drug increases libido and enhances sexual power and using the said drug in oil form means that it will be applied externally for erection.

2. Although the drug given in oral form is known to increase the heart rate and thus is not given to people suffering from heart conditions including hypertension.
PS. people with mild and controlled hypertension can use the dose in capsule form and since applying may increase blood supply to penis which may increase the heart rate thus closed supervision and approval by your doctor is necessary.

3. Tribulus terestris is a known "diuretic" in Ayurveda and is beneficial for all the said conditions (high blood pressure, irregular heart beat and enlarged prostate)

PS. Since you will be using the said drug in OIL form thus side effects arising from oral form is not written.

1. Since there is no scientific data/report regarding the beneficial effects (apart from websites promoting it) you should check deeper with a qualified doctor and not by the reviews displayed online.

2. Since the drug has a direct effect on testosterone thus should not be used by people with:

. prostate cancer ( as enlarged prostate is a problem thus check with PSA (prostate specific antigen) first.

. heart conditions/disease ( irregular heart beat and hypertension is there)

3. If you want to continue with the drug, choose initially capsule form in low dosage (200 mg) and keep the dose to minimum to reduce the side effects known to occur at high dosage (restlessness,insomnia, irregular heart beat,dizziness)
