Brief Answer:
It is important to give the medicines

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.

Let me mention that ALL medicines have side effects. However, side effects occur only in a very limited number of people taking them (say, one in few thousands). Right now it is very important to take the mentioned medicines since the benefits outweigh the risks.

For Risdone (risperidone), the side effects to look out for, are:
* fever, stiff muscles, confusion, sweating, fast or uneven heartbeats
* restless muscle movements in your eyes, tongue, jaw, or neck
drooling, tremor (uncontrolled shaking)
* seizure (convulsions)
* fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms
* nosebleeds
* white patches or sores inside mouth or on lips
* trouble swallowing
* feeling like she might pass out

Fludac (Fluoxetine):
* very stiff (rigid) muscles, high fever, sweating, fast or uneven heartbeats, tremors, overactive reflexes
* nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, feeling unsteady, loss of coordination
* headache, trouble concentrating, memory problems, weakness, confusion, hallucinations, fainting, seizure, shallow breathing or breathing that stops
* severe skin reaction - fever, sore throat, swelling in your face or tongue, burning in your eyes, skin pain, followed by a red or purple skin rash that spreads (especially in the face or upper body) and causes blistering and peeling.

Unless she has these, you need not worry.
