Question: i accidentally took my tritace 10mg blood pressure medication twice this morning... i usually take 1/2 tablet a day... what will be the effects?

As you have just taken 15mg ramipril extra ,its not going to cause any significant side effect,Keep a monitor over your blood pressure for next few hours,only side effect in this case can be hypotension.
Ramipril 10mg is a theuraptic dose and is safely used in many cardiac patients.
So don't worry just keep a check over your blood pressure for next few hours.Upper blood pressure (systolic) should not be less then 100mm of hg.
