What Are The Side Effects Of Nexavar?

Question: I've been on Nexavar for 2 1/2 years to treat renal carcinoma (stage 4). I've experienced various side effects and have pretty much adapted to them. One of the side effects that puzzles me recently is periodically (every 1-2 weeks) I'll have 3 or 4 bowel movements in a 24 hour period and the volume seems way out of proportion
to the amount of food I eat. I just keep going and going and going...I am 5'10" and 165 pounds. Please advise. Thank you! XXXXXXX Hitzeman

I discussed this side effect with my oncologist after receiving a favorable report on my most recent scan (chest, abdomen, pelvis). I take two 200 mg tablets daily. Since the Nexavar has been effectively controlling the spread of the cancer cells, the doctor does not think it would be a good idea to change the drug or the dosage. Do you agree?
