Brief Answer:
Private Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks so much for using my direct private service.

Side effects of Keppra include increased blood pressure (17%), behavioral problems (aggression, agitation, anger, anxiety, apathy, depersonalization, emotional lability, irritability) (13%), headache (13%), and fatigue (10%).

You can avoid high blood pressure by monitoring it weekly, and adding an antihypertensive medication if needed.

Behavioral problems can be controlled with a mood stabilizer, in your case Lamictal.

Headache can be treated with acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

Fatigue can be treated by getting extra sleep.

Lamictal has no serious side effects and is a very safe drug.

Solian takes anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to reach full effect.

Detailed Answer:
Amisulpride reaches steady state concentration in 5 days. Its effects take different amounts of times based on the receptors they affect. The histamine/acetylcholine receptors are affected immediately and result in calmness and sedation. The serotonin/dopamine receptors take a couple weeks to be changed, and this is when you will begin to feel antidepressant and antipsychotic effects.
