Brief Answer:
Cosmelan cream is much safer for long term use as compared to melacare

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

Cosmelan cream is a depigmenting cream and is safer as compared to melacare forte cream, because as compared to melacare forte which is steroid based cream, cosmelan cream contains absolutely safe pigment reducing ingredients like kojic acid, azaleic acid, ascorbic acid, phytic acid etc along with a sunscreen (titanium dicoxide).
Side effects of cosmelan cream may include mild redness and irritation. It is quite expensive.
I am not sure about the exact cost but it would cost you a few thousands.
This cream can be used for a long time without side effects and results would need to be maintained by regular use.
There are a lot of creams available in XXXXXXX (some though with slightly different composition) which would serve the same purpose e.g Kojiglo forte cream, Melacare-plus cream Or Illumax Cream Or Demelan cream etc. These are all non-steroid based creams and can be used for a long time

Brief Answer:
Cosmelan cream contains kojic acid and azaleic acid, is better and safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Cosmelan cream is a combination of kojic acid and azaleic acid, so that is 2 pigment reducing agents as compared to biluma cream which contains only kojic acid, as the active ingredient. Similarly kojiglo forte is a combination of kojic acid and hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is more irritating as compared to kojic acid and azaleic acid which are more suited for sensitive skin.

Brief Answer:
It is a unique combination

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Its is an expensive brand. The combination is quite unique too and not to be found in many commonly available brands. There are hardly any brands which contain kojic acid and azaleic acid together in a single cream
