Brief Answer:
Please see an orthopedic doctor for examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up and clarifications.

I don't believe you have an allergic reaction to Bactrim.
*how severe are the joint pains? Have you seen a doctor for this? Has any investigation been done?
*do you have any ulcers in your mouth?
*do you sit or stand for a prolonged period of time?
*do you drive? Is it a manual or automatic?

I recommend :
-an orthopedic consult
-x-rays of the affected joints of clinically indicated.
-wear comfortable shoes with good support.
-take breaks every half hour while sitting or standing.
-have yogurt with active cultures twice a day.
-drink plenty of water
-blood tests (complete blood count, uric acid levels, calcium and phosphorus levels, Thyroid stimulating hormone).

-try warm compresses and cold packs on your joint alternatively. I believe that ice packs will help more than warm compresses.

Please try and this and get back to me with further queries you may have.
Hope this helps and you feel better.

Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad

Brief Answer:
Please consult orthopedic doctor for examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up.
As I suggested in my previous response, please see an orthopedic doctor.
In addition, you may need spine x-rays to check for disc disease.
*what is your height and weight?
*what do you do for a living?
*what do you mean by 'loiny'?

After speaking to your orthopedic doctor and physician, please go on a regular exercise routine to stay fit & lose weight if necessary.
Exercise also helps to reduce pain.

Hope I've helped. Please let me know if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
