It should be avoided in narrow angle glaucoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having glaucoma and you are using distropan.
Distropan is an anticholinergic drug and it is used for treatment of urinary problems like frequent urination.
Being an anticholinergic drug it can precipitate an attack of glaucoma in people with narrow angle of the anterior chamber. Hence this drug should not be used in people with narrow angle glaucoma or in people who are susceptible to narrow angle glaucoma.

Glaucoma is off two sub types, open angle and narrow angle types. In open angle type which is the more common of the two varieties distropan and other anticholinergic drugs can be used safely. But in narrow angle glaucoma they should be used because of risk of precipitation of an acute attack of angle closure glaucoma.

Hence I advice you to get evaluation by a ophthalmologist to find out the type of glaucoma you are having, if not done already and if it is narrow angle glaucoma, use of distropan is not advised.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
