Thus in case you are either AA or AO while your partner is OO. Your offspring can thus be either O (OO) or A (AO). With respect to the Rhesus factor similarly, depending on whether you are ++ or +- (both of which would give +), your offspring can be + (+-) or -.
Now coming to the specific problem that you have. There is no problem in marrying a girl with O-ve blood group. In case the child in case of first pregnancy gets +ve blood group, the mother would get exposed to +ve blood group and develop immune sensistivity which may affect the child of second pregnancy and may cause haemolytic disease or jaundice in the newborn. This is a preventable condition and a simple injection of anti-D gammaglobulin after the first pregnancy will reduce this risk.
