Brief Answer:
No,I wont get worried for this dose

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic platform

Don't get worried as the toxic dose of paracetamol is very high.
Fepanil contains 100 mg of paracetamol in 1 ml.There are about 20 drops in one ml.The dose of paracetamol is 10-15 mg/kg/dose.
The avarage weight of 47 days old child is about 3.5-4.0 kg.So the dose(upper limit) will be 60 mg that is equivalent to 0.6 ml or 12 drops.Your doctor has advised him at a dose of 10 mg/kg/dose.
By mistake you have given 0.8 ml that is 80 mg.The toxic dose of paracetamol in children is about 150 mg/kg(about ten times higher than the normal dose).
I can assure you that this dose will not cause any harm to the baby.

Regards
