Hello,

there is no clear antidote for clenbuterol. The treatment depends on the side effects that the patient has. The most urgent ones are usually heart rhythm and electrolyte related. Clenbuterol may cause excessive tachycardia (a very fast heart rate) and other arrhythmias. Arrhythmias may cause acute heart failure. The electrolytes (particularly potassium) may get impaired. A low potassium level is very dangerous and will have to be corrected as soon as possible.
