Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for sending the question.

A single dose of each of these medications is very unlikely to cause any major problems in your case.

As you know the Lisinopril is given to control blood pressure and the Fenofibrate is given to help control elevated triglycerides. These medications are generally very safe in most cases.

I realize that you are taking other medications at this time and are concerned about interactions. If you could share a list of the medications you are currently taking this might also be helpful, but again it is very unlikely that a single dose of lisinopril and fenofibrate will lead to any significant issue.

Thank you very much for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
