Question: My 4 yr old has strep throat and I accidentally gave him his second dose of antibiotics which is augmentin 6 hrs after the first instead of 12 should I be concerned ?

Toxicity from this mistake is almost zero. There is nothing to be worried about. However, it is always good to administer drugs just as they are prescribed.
