Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Could I know what kind of pill and the dose that she took twice?

This double dose usually could lead to low blood pressure during the day. Its effects are supposed to diminish after 12 hours.

Anyway, I would like to have some more information on the pill and the dose that she take, so I could be able to give a more detailed professional opinion.

It is not a dangerous situation if the dose taken, is a normal dose (non toxic) for the type of drug and if her blood pressure does not decrease too much.

Meanwhile, i would recommend continuing taking fluids and bed rest to avoid low blood pressure. You should closely monitor her blood pressure and heart rate.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri
