Brief Answer: The first&best option is Laparoscopic procedure... Detailed Answer: Hi, There are two main procedure of gall bladder surgery (cholecystectomy): - arthroscopic/laparoscopic (minimal invasive which requiries several small incisions) - major laparatomy surgery requires a large incision to remove gallbladder The first best option to remove gall-bladder is the laparoscopic one as it has the shortest time of recovery.
