Brief Answer:
List of suggestions and measures provided sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I understand how falling sick with typhoid once itself is a really frustrating and limiting task, but recurrent typhoid infections are indeed an issue. I shall start by listing all the preventive measure available and then move on the a few extra suggestions in your specific case sir. The preventive measures are as follows:

-Vaccines: Depending on the region you are located, visit the most successful multi-specialty hospital or disease prevention center. These provide oral capsules or vaccinations that are effective for a period of time in preventing typhoid to a certain extent (although not a 100 % effective), but are still quite helpful
-Avoid drinking tap water completely. Make sure you only drink bottle or processed water, and if possible boil this water as well
-Avoid eating from outside as the water used for preparation of meals or drinks can be questionable
-Wash your hands as frequently as possible, and also carry a hand sanitizer with you at all times. Make sure you use this immediately after you touch any foreign object which is public (open to being touched by everybody)
-Make sure you eat fresh home food, and preferably food that is very hot. Allow it to cool in your clean plate if you cannot tolerate hot food, but avoid eating food that has been cooled down, reheat if necessary
-Avoid raw food completely (especially fruits and vegetables as their hygiene is always questionable especially in developing countries and under-developed countries)
-Make sure all vegetables and/or meat is boiled well
-Clean toilets and bathrooms on a daily basis
-Make sure you do not handle your food or dishes while you have typhoid, as this can result in recurring infections
-Do not share any of your personal items (eg. clothes, bed sheets, etc.)

Now for some extra suggestions for you sir, taking into consideration the fact that the infection recurs despite of changing your house. They are:
-If at all you have been shifting your house, but still reside in the same area/locality, this region could have contaminated water and so I would recommend shifting your house to another area altogether
-As typhoid travels with you no matter where you shift your house, it could be possible that the source of the infection is within:
+ Request your food handler (wife or mother) to wash their hands thoroughly before and while cooking
+Make sure all the dishes at home are either replaced or boiled to high temperatures and cleaned well every time after use
+Make sure your food handler does not use any cloth to wipe their hands while cooking
+Make sure all of them are washed in boiling hot water at least once now (to avoid future infections) like clothes, bed sheets, etc.

I hope you find my response helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help you.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Suggestions are all the same sir, extra care

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

I would recommend the typhoid vaccinations (shots). As you are living in a bachelor accommodation, it seems that the source of the infection could be difficult to identify as there are many people living in this accommodation. Please make sure you do not handle your own food and request some one else to do so with lots of care and follow the above given instructions to prevent the infection.

Your presentation is not specific and could have to do with either motion sickness or claustrophobia (fear of closed places) or agoraphobia (fear of crowded places). Also possible is the lack of proper ventilation in our XXXXXXX buses. This is nothing very specific sir, although we will have to make more observations like:

-Whether you feel better as soon as you exit the vehicle
-If the heat inside the vehicle causes the discomfort
-Whether the vehicles are well ventilated
-Whether you find it difficult to sit in rides that involve sudden movements/motion like those available in amusement parks
-Whether you have eaten a meal before entering the vehicles or it has been a while since you have eaten the meal
-Whether or not you have tested your eyes recently, if not please do get them tested. If you have power, then get them retested either way
and many other observations.

I would thus request you to report to a doctor with as much information as possible regarding this, preferably to a neurologist or psychiatrist this could be pertaining to them. A sudden change in pressure inside the skull/cranium can cause such discomfort; difficulty with motion in closed vehicles can also be a cause; temperature related; etc. So please do discuss this with a neurologist or a psychiatrist.

I hope this information helps sir.

Brief Answer:
Best to visit a neurologist or psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

If that is true, then it could be with:

-Either something to do with the conditions in the bus (eg. temperature, crowd, ventilation, etc.) or
-Something to do with you not being comfortable in closed spaces, not being comfortable with crowds, etc.

Either way it would be wise to visit a neurologist or a psychiatrist as both doctors deal with addressing symptoms similar to yours sir. I hope you can find relief from your symptoms by following my suggestions and also consulting a specialist in this field. I hope you find my response helpful sir.

Best wishes.
