After due CT study to assess the complexity of your Ventral hernia,I would suggest you to-plan for-Excision of the Mesh,after giving preoperative antibiotics to control any infection at the site.

What is the Way out to increase Stomach Muscle Strength?
By Use of Biomesh-/or of Collagen Implants/ with open Repair /or endoscopic Component Separation -to bridge the big muscle weakness in such cases.
