What Are The Possibilities Of Pregnancy After Vasectomy?

Question: I had a vasectomy in 2004. I had a check two years ago with zero sperm count. A woman told me she was pregnant 7.5 weeks and it was at a time when I was with her. She told me this yesterday and I went for another test, which again showed a zero sperm count. Is it possible that I impregnated this woman

Ok....so it's not possible that sperm leaked out during that intercourse....or would leaking sperm be seen in all samples given

Leak is not possible. Leak if present would have shown in test sample.

This is unlikely to be your pregnancy.
