Brief Answer:
Next steps are thyroid hormone levels and TSH blood level, explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to thyroid issues.
High thyroglobulin levels means that your body is attacking your thyroid which can be the cause of an autoimmune disease named Hashimoto thyroiditis.
This disease cause hypothyroidism, or low thyroid hormone levels.
This diagnosis can explain high CRP in the blood test, the symptoms of pins and needles and high LDL.

The next steps, in my opinion, should be these examinations:
-thyroid hormone levels
-thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level
These examinations will confirm the diagnosis.

Treatment consists of therapy with thyroid hormone.

Hi,

TSH came back normal at 4.260. T3 is normal. Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Ab is normal.

Does this change your opinion?

Brief Answer:
Probably subclinical hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

No,this don't change my opinion and I will explain you why.
The normal" TSH reference range is different in laboratories, some consider 4.5 milli-international units per liter or mU/L is the highest end of normal, and others consider 2.5mU/L the highest.
This leads us to subclinical thyroidism where TSH and T3 level can be normal, but we have the symptoms of hypothyroidism.

Treatment consists in replacing thyroid hormone levels. You should always consult an endocrinologist about this treatment.

Take care,
