Brief Answer:
Somehow exposure is ruled out; suspect brain surgery or vertigo as cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I understand your cause for concern, but from a study conducted over individuals who were exposed to different routes of exposure to glysophate (oral, dermal, nasal, etc.) the long-term and serious complications included:

+Pulmonary edema
+Respiratory difficulty/distress
+Kidney failure
+Shock
+Heart rhythm abnormalities
+Hyperkalemia (elevated potassium levels)
+Altered consciousness

There has been no evidence to prove that glusophate exposure causes balance-related issues, and so I would somehow attribute the balance related issues either to the brain surgery you had or vertigo (which can have a list of its own causes), do write to me if you want me to elaborate on the causes for vertigo. Could I ask why and for what was the brain surgery conducted? So I can better understand which parts of the XXXXXXX were operated on.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
