Welcome to HCM: Please note that each has a slew of side effects as many and all medications, however notably, these two drugs when used together or individually will have a high propensity to cause Autoimmune hepatitis, and worsening hepatitis leading to cirrhosis.
Ribavirin's main issue is hemolytic anemia causing you hemoglobin to be lower than most, leading to fatigue.
Interferon will cause a lot of flu like symptoms of nausea and muscle aches.
