Brief Answer:
possible significant interactions

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are some potential interactions between the drugs mentioned.

The two major interactions are:
Verapamil affects the break down of rapaflo in the liver and can cause increased levels of the rapaflo. Rapaflo can also affect blood pressure and these increased levels can result in rapid decline in blood pressure. This combination is not advised.

Verapamil also affects the breakdown of simvastatin and this can result in higher levels of simvastatin and as a result increased risk of side effects related to simvastatin such as muscle aches and pain.

Minor interactions
(1)simvastatin can also potentially affect (increase) rapaflo levels . This can be monitored by checking for effects
(2)atenolol and verapamil would cause additive decreases in heart rate. This is also monitored
(3)losartan and atenolol increase the level of potassium

Your doctor may want to consider changing some of your medications based on the potential interactions. The minor interactions can be monitored but with the major reactions, your doctor may suggest changes for example if possible with the verapamil.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
