Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query.

I have seen your reports - it shows marginally high value of T4, T3 value is slightly low and even TSH is in lower range.

I will appreciate if you can scan and attach the reports.
These result of thyroid function needs to be correlated clinically, hence before any comment, I would like to know:
1) Are you known patient of thyroid disorder?
2) Is there is any history of any kind of medication?
3) Is there any swelling in front of neck?
4) What is your height and weight and any change in weight recently?
5) Any other investigation done like ultrasonography and any other information you want give?

Awaiting your response in order to understand your problem and help you accordingly

My TSH T4 blood work levels are in normal range. My hashimoto's was 232.0. My Doctor states this is fine even though I have thyroid systems - hair falling out, dry skin, tired, forgetfullness, etc. I had a partial thyroidectomy in 2000 for a goider and was hyperthyroid. Are these lab results ok, or should I see an Endocrynologyst?

I have been having random problems lately but have just pushed it off as hormonal changes and not thought anything about it until recently. I m 20 years old and my moods have been through the roof. I can be laughing and extremely happy one day and biting someone s head off the next. This has all occurred recently. I m not bipolar, etc. My period was 9 days late this month and lighter than normal. Its usually extremely heavy. It ended Friday and yesterday I ended up in the ER with extreme tachycardia and tingling in both arms with 3 near-syncope episodes. Doctors pushed it off as anxiety yet I ve been out of school for 2 months and under zero stress. I ve also gained 30 pounds in the last 6 weeks and i exercise and eat healthy CONSTANTLY. I know this all sounds random but I know there is something going on. Thyroid levels are perfect so I m leaning toward PCOS or low progesterone. Any suggestions or thoughts as to whats going on?
