Question: hy I have been cigarette free for 3 days I'm feeling very tired and always burping and have gaz cramps in my stomach I don't have difficult I breathing but they say when someone quit smoking he starts eating in my case I'm not wanting food Im having that feeling that I don't want to eat and I'm always tired is that normal for nicotine withdrawal
