Question: I have chronic anemia and my doctor has put me on warfin for a blood clot that is in my ovaries. Will this make my anemia worse or pose another complication?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Warfarin has no effect on your anemia so don't worry about that. However you should regularly check your INR. If it increase above 3 then there is chance of bleeding and that can cause complications with your anemia.

You should also go for complete blood count and peripheral smear examination. Search the cause of your anemia and take treatment of anemia.
