Brief Answer: there are different treatments Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic There are different sexual problems that can occur. The most common are erectile dysfunction (problems either getting or keeping an erection) or premature ejaculation (where a male ejaculates early). (1) Erectile dysfunction If the problems is erectile dysfunction then it can be related to issues with the hormones, blood or nerve supply to the penis or relationship stress. If there are problems with the hormone , testosterone, which can be detected by a blood tests, replacing this hormone would help. There are different ways to replace testosterone. It may be done by a patch, a gel, injection, by mouth. The other medications that help with erectile dysfunction are cialis, viagra and levitra. If one does not work, the other may because they are slightly different. (2)If the problem is premature ejaculation then the main treatment consist of a technique called the master and XXXXXXX technique. This technique works well for this problems. It has several steps that are available online if you put masters and XXXXXXX technique into your search engine, it would tell you how it is done. In addition there is medication available, mainly medications such as zoloft, paxil, celexa, prozac. These are normally used as anti depressants but it has been found that they are also very useful for premature ejaculation. I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer: mainly hormonal tests Detailed Answer: HI The tests are mainly hormonal tests. The first one would be testosterone. The other hormonal tests are luteinizing hormone (LH). If this is high and the testosterone is low the it could mean that the problem is related testes themselves, if the LH is low and the testosterone is also then it means that it may be related to the brain not making or releasing enough hormones. In some cases , thyroid function tests may also be needed. Your doctor may also want to check for diabetes and high cholesterol, both of which can affect the blood supply to the area. Basically- testosterone luteinizing hormone thyroid function tests check for diabetes and cholesterol If it is related to problems with the nerve supply to the genitalia , there are no specific tests. Please feel free to ask any additional questions
