Brief Answer:
Usually yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These two entities are usually easy to distinguish. Radiation changes are seen within radiation port, usually as single lesion with irregular borders or like so called ground-glass opacity. Sarcoidosis is manifested with lesions in both lobes, perihilar lymphadenopathy, oval, well shaped granulomas.

if chemotherapy and radiation was combined then this difference may be bit more difficult, but in doubtful cases,ct scan should be done. Wish you good health. Regards
