What Are The Complications Post Pelvic Surgery ?

Question: it has been 2 days since surgery and still no bm. pressure around rectum, passing gas, but nothing else. is this normal?

I need to first know what surgery has been done . If you can write me the details of the surgery i will be able to give you a better opinion.

If it is pelvic surgery, you seem to be doing fine and you should get back all the sensations over the next few weeks.
