What Are The Chances Of Successful Conception While On Progynova?

Question: Hello Dr. Malpani,

My wife underwent a surgery for a fibroid and was reported to have uterine adhesions which were removed on surgery. She was advised Premarin 1.2 mg (2 times a day, for 21 days), but since that was not available, Progynova 2 mg was suggested. I would like to know if this is safe and what are the chances of her conceiving. Her AMH is 0.89.

Jer AMH is very low as per her age. She is unlikely to conceive naturally or with her own eggs.

Considering her situations he needs to go for donor egg IVF.
