Brief Answer:
RARE CHANCE OF RECURRENCE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) Recurrence risk following Radical Hysterectomy in Stage 1B Ca Cervix after 7 years is EXTREMELY RARE. It is NOT relevant with current clinical picture.

2) Sciatica or other neurological causes should be ruled out in this context through proper physical examination and supportive MRI scan.

3) Take Analgesics like Ibuprofen OR combined Diclofenac & Paracetamol tab to reduce body pain. It should be taken with antacid like Ranitidine.

4) Some measures like hot water bag compression around back region, using muscle relaxant gel are quite helpful.

5) Do Kegel or Pelvic Floor exercise (can search on Google for detail procedure) regularly to strengthen pelvic muscle and control your bladder habit.

6) Lastly, I suggest you to consult with Neurologist and Gynecologist for proper management of the case. It would be more worthwhile.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
