Question: Me and my partner had sex with condoms . While in the middle I noticed my condoms came out . I asked her to wash and I did not ejaculate may be pre cum would have been there but I urinated before having sex and washed my private part. And more over she got periods two months back only using primolut and after that having sex now only . She dint get periods at all . What are the chances of pregnancy. In XXXXXXX we don't get EC. And today can she take primolut for her periods ? .

The probabilities of pregnancy are very less in your case. (But not 100% rule out because pre-cum also contains sperm which may cause pregnancy)

As you stated that she does not have her period last two months means that her cycles are anovulatory.( which further decrease the chances of pregnancy)

If you are not having the choice of emergency pills so she can take combined contraceptive pill or IUCD to prevent pregnancy within 72 hrs. Of unprotected sex.( to further decrease the chances of pregnancy)

In my opinion, she should consult a gynecologist and get her examination and investigation ( ultrasound pelvis) done to rule out the cause of her irregular period.

She can take primolut- N for withdrawal bleeding only after consulting her doctor but she should take something to regulate her cycle in future. Primolut -n only cause withdrawal bleeding when pregnancy is not there.

In future use regular method of contraception.

Actually the condoms dint fully come out the head or the tip penis was still covered with condom and I urinated well before and washed my penis well before wearing a condom and immediately she washed her vagina with detol soap completely by inserting her finger with soap. . and more detail . she was diagnosed with polysistic ovaries and was under treatment . Two months she dint take tablet and dint get periods as well . We are not able to get emergency contraceptive as it's banned in XXXXXXX . sex happened yesterday . from today she started taking primolut n to get periods . now tell how much is the possibility of pregnancy ? .

Facts about your problem-

-The condom gives protection from pregnancy up to 98% if use properly as advice otherwise if not being used properly failure rate is 18%. But in your case it is less than 18%

-Primolut-N can be used as contraceptive also when combined pills can not be used, but it will not give 100% protection from pregnancy.

-Combined oral pills and IUCD are not banned anywhere in XXXXXXX it can be utilized as emergency contraceptive also as in your case.

So as such in these scenarios, chances of pregnancy are negligible, but no method gives 100% protection from pregnancy.
