What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Precum?

Question: This is a pregnancy related question. I was having a bath the other day and noticed some Precum coming out of my penis. I therefore decided to use the sink to wash my hands. As I had finished washing my hands, I left the bathroom and 10 minutes later noticed a female relative go into the bathroom. Now here is my worry. When I washed my hands, I touched the tap, and if there was some Precum still left on the Tap from where I had finished , and the female relative , if she uses the same tap and assuming I had left some Precum on the tap, could pregnancy occur if she decides to urinate, then clean her private area with the hand which contain the Precum from the tap ??

Even If we assume there was Precum on her fingers, and after urinating cleaned her private area with the same fingers, can the Precum not enter the vagina and cause a pregnancy this way ??
