What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

Question on the possibility of pregnancy under this situation.
My boyfriend and me were kissing and caressing each other. We were clothed (pants and underwear).
Then he told me his pants were wet and it was preseminal liquid.
I think I touched his pants and then I went to the rest room to make and cleaned my genital parts forgetting that I could touch the pant of my boyfriend with the wet spot of his preseminal liquid.
Is there any chance the pre-cum liquid in my pants, could pass to my hands and when I touched my genital parts while cleaning them passwith sperm and I can get pregned?
Should I take an emergency pill since this happened 24 hours ago?

What you've described cannot get you pregnant! Even if you touched the fluid by touching the outer side of his underwear there is no chance that the sperm could penetrate the underwear somehow and get to the outer side! And even if it did, the chances that you could get pregnant by touching your genitals with sperm on your hands are extremely low.
I wouldn't recommend emergency contraception for a case like yours.
