It is highly unlikely that whatever little sperm is seen in the pre-ejaculate can pass through pores in the fabric. This is because the motility of the sperms is hindered badly by the thickness of the fabric, the chemicals contained in the fabric, the time elapsed after secretion, the distance to be traveled (namely, from the fabric onto the vulva and then into the vagina, cervix, uterus and the tubes and if by chance, an egg is already there, fertilize it). The very fact that absorption may kill the sperm tells it all.
