Brief Answer:
You can take these medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If you are having regular cycles then the appearance of polycystic ovaries does not matter. All your hormonal tests are also normal. The treatment that you have been prescribed is to enhance your general fertility. This will help in early conception. You can continue with the medicines as prescribed. If you do not conceive in next 6 months then it is best to start with ovulation inducing drugs to increase the chances of conception after consulting your gynecologist.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Yes, my cycles are regular cycles. The length of cycles is 30 days some times with +/- 2 days. Also i am slightly overweight. This is due to PCOD. The medicines don't have any side effects. The doctor has advised the medicines for 2 months. So i can conceive? She also suggested for PCOD panel test. I haven't done so far. Should i go for the test.

Brief Answer:
Try natural conception for 3-4 months.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can start with the medicines and try for conceiving naturally during your fertile days for 3-4 months. In case you do not conceive then go for PCOD panel tests and further treatment.
Hope my answer is helpful.
